Top reason to live where we do!

Lizzy and I had a blast today at the Beach! Taking lots of pics and she was so funny chasing the birds and running from the waves! It was a perfect day! Sorry to all you in cold, cold places. I guess you better come visit!

Lizzy sporting her new glasses

because everyone always asks... and i don't blame them, i would too. A few months ago we started noticing her eyes were not tracking together.( thanks to cj's mom for being abservant) One eye would wander a little more than seemed normal, so we finally got her in to the doctor in november and she was diagnosed with +6 in both eyes, actually one is worse than the other. I don't know much about that however many have told me that is a strong prescription and her lense are quite thick. I just thought it would be a nightmare to keep her glasses on, however because she can actually see now she wears them qutie well, just an occassional fit.

Haloween Fun and a little of Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving we went to Patterson, Ca. and enjoyed being with two of my bros and their families and my parents. This is Lizzy and Grandpa at the river Thanksgiving morning, so others could cook!

okay i know i'm way late, but i wanted to show off lizzy's haloween costume. She was nemo and her friend Ashlyn was Dory and Ashlyn's dad was P. Sherman. It was really cute. (Thanks to the Solanos for the costume) Lizzy loved Haloween. She still goes around the house saying Trick or Treat. I think she was very excited to find out it was that easy to get treats! After Trick or Treating we went back to the Solanos and we were more than entertained by these two as you will see in the video. (actually i can't get it to work...lindsay b help!!!!)

I took this snap as lizzy was jumping off the couch arm rest. I thought if was a perfect 50's hairdo. Lizzy is adapting very well to her new world (or at least being able to see the old world)
She thinks she is very pretty ...izzy pretty... with her glasses.
